OMG I went out to eat with my family and all I ate was some rice with grilled chicken and I got on the scale this afternoon and it said 128!!! I'm NOT going to weight 130!!!! My parents won't let me go use the treadmill because they said it's to late and my food hasn't had time to settle on my stomach anyways. I feel like a fat morbidly obese teenager!
